The goal was simple.. take something we've been doing since birth and make something memorable out of it.
Travel has always been a big part of our lives, and a giant influence on us as we grew up. Our father was a pilot and a nomad, sending photos from exotic locations with exotic people. That love for adventure, wanderlust and life-experience became a part of who we are as creatives.
In the summer of 2021, we decided we would bridge the gap between our creative passions and our love for the world. With that, we began a loose itinerary for a travel documentary series starring the eccentric, life-long, world travelling father Cpt. Rick van den Hoef and his son (me) Warren van den Hoef.
Armed with two professional cameras, a drone and a backpack full of equipment, we walked, trained and tuk-tuk'd our way through 5 exotic locations (Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, the UAE and Sri Lanka), absorbing and attempting to satiate the travel bug that has been passed down from father to son.
